The service

Palomino provides image watermarking, vault storage, shareable links, and image analytics at blackhorsepalomino.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, exceed your plan limits through circumvention, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Subscriptions are managed at blackhorsepalomino.com. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Basic tier requires a one-time $1 activation charge (a verified payment method on file for account accountability). This is a single charge, not a subscription, and does not renew.

Core and Sovereign API plans each include a 30-day trial (one trial per workspace). A valid payment method is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $50/month (Core) or $400/month (Sovereign API). You can cancel anytime through the billing portal to avoid future charges.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. The service software and attestation infrastructure remain our property.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
